Speakers:
The organizers try to support your travel expenses. We will tell you by July whether your travel expenses can be substituted.
TOTAL: 50.- CHF
Participants (not speaking):
TOTAL (A): 750.- CHF (per person) in a single room TOTAL (B): 870.- CHF (per person) in a double room TOTAL (C): 705.- CHF (per person) in a shared double room
Persons accompanying speakers or participants and not assisting to the conference, have to pay as visiting guests: 315.- CHF in a shared room, plus 240.- CHF for board. Important: The registration and payment must be made at the same time. If you choose not to pay after registering, then you will have to register again when you want to pay.

A. Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be communicated by email to Prof. Dr. Barbara Mahlmann-Bauer (barbara.mahlmann@germ.unibe.ch). The date of the email counts as cancellation date. Refunds are possible as follows:
B. Liabilities:
The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration fees do not include insurance.
C. Accomodations:
You agree to pay the prices for lodge and board described above in this page. The organizers will make best efforts to book your staying at the conference site hotel, but if rooms are not available, you will be booked in one of the nearby hotels.
D. Agents:
ETH Zurich collects the conference participation charges as collection agent for the host University of Bern and does not provide own services.
